Replacement golf bag cover
They were not able to help me. They said the cover I needed was discontinued 10 years ago.
I bought my bag from new stock 5 years ago. So, this doesn't make sense.
She did not offer any other options. Disappointed.

Defective product
Bagboy representative was helpful with policy of defective product. 1 year warranty and they will replace the golf travel bag that tore in 2 places after just one use. My thoughts are if the product again tears then I will demand refund of money so that I can purchase a different golf travel bag.
Resolved: Missing rain cover
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. input from store where I bought the golf bag
I bought a chiller golf bag on Saturday but the rain cover is missing. Dealer told me to call you. I always have the rain cover on when my clubs are in my truck

Customer service never answered the phone. Customer service is non-existent at Bag Boy. Its clear Bag Boy doesnt give a rip about their customers.

Bag torn on the piping after secon use
Bagboy did contact me an informed me that they are replacing my carry bag but it is currently out of stock
Replacement part
Josh was very helpful and even helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Hes provided a replacement part for me a couple of years ago too!

Broke zipper
Zipper on largest front compartment...the zipper itself has come apart the slide closures have come off..bag has never been miss treated and looks new...!

I've had two bags second one I've had problems with
The second one the sales rep said I had a place to clip the putter on the outside. It did not have a place for my putter would not fit in the bag because of the fat handle.

Magnets fell off of container on top of push golf cart and does not stay shut.
We have 3 - three wheel collapsible push golf carts. Would like the magnets and I would glue them in.

I bought a bag boy for golf. The bag boy is no longer compatible with apple products and i have an iphone???
